FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

HOw long does shipping take?

Once we ship your order, it usually takes 2-4 business days for metro areas, and 4-8 business days for rural area. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne.

HOw do i check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped and tracking details will be provided.

Can i travel overseas with my go blender?
Yes! Many of our customers and staff have travelled overseas with their blender. We recommend that you bring your Go Blender in your checked bag without any liquid inside. Many customers have brought their Go Blender in their carry-on, but in some rare cases custom officials may not allow it.
can i wash the motor base unit?
You may wash the blades under a tap, DO NOT submerge the base unit in water, this will damage the motor and your warranty will be voided. We recommend using a damp towel to wipe around the base unit only.
how long is warranty?
All our product comes with 1 Year warranty. (for more info please read our warranty policy.)
can i return my blender for a refund?

For any reason you are not fully satisfied with your blender, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, product must be in it’s original conditional, undamaged. (please read our refund policy for full detail.)
